These Terms govern your use of Pulsz, including the website, the iOS and Android applications, and any account you hold with us. Pulsz is operated by Yellow Social Interactive Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar under number 119215, with a registered office at 2 Irish Town, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and a resident of the United States in a state where Pulsz is available. You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by us, by a partner casino, or by a state-funded problem gambling program. We may require government-issued identification at any point to confirm age, residence and identity; refusing to provide it will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any Sweeps Coin balance.

Account Registration and One-Account Rule

Each person may hold one account. Multi-account play — opening a second account under a relative's name, on a shared device, or with a payment method registered to a different person — is a material breach and results in immediate closure of all linked accounts plus forfeiture of balances. The account holder name, the address on KYC documents and the name on any payment method used must match. Accounts found with mismatched details are held until verification is completed.

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins: Roles and Restrictions

Gold Coins are a virtual currency for entertainment play. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be redeemed for prizes, and may expire after 60 consecutive days of account inactivity. Sweeps Coins are a separate currency used as prize entries; they can be earned for free, awarded as a bonus on Gold Coin packages, or won during Sweeps Coin gameplay. Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards subject to the rules below.

Promotional Sweepstakes Rules and AMOE

Pulsz operates under US promotional sweepstakes law. No purchase is necessary to play or to win. Sweeps Coins can always be obtained for free through daily login rewards, social-media promotions, referral bonuses, and the postal Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). The AMOE address, format and entry cap are listed in the dedicated sweepstakes rules linked from this page and from the in-account help center. Purchases of Gold Coin packages do not increase your chance of winning under the sweepstakes model.

Gold Coin Package Purchases

Gold Coin packages are optional and priced in US dollars. Available payment methods include debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly Online Banking and Skrill. Purchases are final on completion and non-refundable except where required by law. Bank statement descriptors may differ between channels — purchases through the iOS app may show Apple.com/bill rather than Pulsz. Currency conversion fees, where they apply, are charged by your bank or card issuer and are outside our control.

Sweeps Coin Redemption and KYC

Redemption is available once your verified balance reaches 50 Sweeps Coins after the standard 1x playthrough on the SC originally received. Account verification (KYC) is required before your first redemption and includes: a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding the ID, and proof of residential address dated within the last 90 days. Verification is usually completed within 48 to 72 hours; redemptions are processed 1 to 5 business days after verification, depending on the method.

Available redemption methods include Online Banking (ACH to your verified bank), Skrill (only available if you have previously used Skrill to purchase Gold Coin packages, per sweepstakes rules), and Gift Card. The name on the receiving account or gift card must match the verified account holder. Redemption requests left incomplete after a verification request will be declined automatically after 90 days.

Ineligible States and Geo Checks

Pulsz is not available in Washington, Idaho, Michigan or Nevada. Indiana, Maine, Mississippi and New Jersey are limited to Gold Coin play only — no Sweeps Coin entries. Additional state availability may be restricted in line with current law; the in-account help center carries the up-to-date list. Geolocation is checked at registration, at login and at redemption using IP and (on mobile) GPS. Using a VPN, proxy or location-spoofing tool to access the service from a restricted state is a material breach and voids any related balance.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Closure

The following are prohibited and trigger account closure with forfeiture of any Sweeps Coin balance: multi-accounting, collusion or chip dumping, exploitation of software bugs without reporting them, automated play using bots or scripts, use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, threats or abuse toward support staff, and any conduct designed to defeat the sweepstakes structure (such as routing AMOE entries through forwarders). Gold Coin balances on closed accounts are also forfeited.

Disputes and Arbitration

Disputes that cannot be resolved through support and our internal review process are decided by binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Filing fees are capped per AAA rules. Class actions and class-wide arbitration are waived; disputes are individual. Either side may bring a qualifying dispute in small claims court in the player's state of residence as an alternative to arbitration. The full complaints workflow is on the complaints page.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates appear as a banner at the top of the site for at least 14 days before they take effect, and an email notice is sent to the address on file. Continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the new Terms.
